“Facebook has reversed — at least temporarily — the quick and quiet change it made to its terms-of-service agreement that broadened its licensing powers over the Web site’s user-posted material.” — Fox News
How many of you actually read the “Terms of Service” document when you go to a website, or even when you install software?
I personally used to read them, but over the years it seemed that most of them say the same thing. Now days you are now seeing sites like this adding in the “Fine Print” stating that they are not responsible for anything on their site, no responsible for what their software does to your computer, and that they can collect information and use it for whatever they want.
In this case someone actually read the Facebook TOS and realized that they are telling you all of this. I do not understand why this because a news headline when this has been going on for a long time with other companies. Anyway read this article and you may or may not be surprised at the examples given on what several TOS statements say from various companies.
I believe in the case referenced at CNN.COM where a woman was blinded and disfigured by acid, that the punishment was just. Maybe future attacks of where the men in this part of the world pour acid on women, will now become a thing of the past. But this is where these same people will kill themselves in the name of their religion, so who knows if this type of punishment will detur this type of crime.
Seth finish in 9th place today, against some very good divers.
Good Job!
I will try to post some pics later.

We all wish Seth good luck on the State Diving Championships today.
This is my first posting, which is going to be brief due to me getting comfortable with the new site.
I will be attempting to post my thoughts on various topics when I have time. Basically it is a place for me to have a forum to vent and record my thoughts.
